 AsianatFlex manufacture a big range of standard inflatables tarpaulins for boat and inflatables airtight.

Inflatables Tarps for Boat are made with the combination of polyester fabric with an outside PVC Coating. The quality of this type of hull material is very dependent on the quality of the PVC coating used and whether it is brushed on as a top layer and a bottom layer. This comprises a three layered construction. Which, PVC coated tarpaulin is more reliable than PVC laminated tarpaulin. The strength of the fabric used is a function of the denier or decitex number. The higher number the more strength the material has.

Our inflatable tarpaulin air bome fabric have characteristics on wear resistant, resistant to sunlight and chemicals, can be inflated to very high pressures for rigidity, extremely long lasting and durable, capable of handling large outboard motors.

Our Inflatable Tarp are also using for jumping castle, floating boom, inflatable slides, volleyball courts, soccer fields, amusement ride tops…

1. Waterproof, anti-UV, corrosion-resistant, durable, and very strong, dust resistant, rot proof, mildew resistant, tear resistant, anti-cold, anti-skidding。
2. Materials: EN 71 standard and ASTM standard PVC and 6P Non-phthalate.
3. PVC thickness in custom request, usually PVC thickness:0.70mm—0.90mm.
4. Color: Appointed pantone color.
5. Imprinting: Customer's own designs or logo are welcomed.
