AsianatFlex Blockout Sublimation is a 100% polyester woven fabric with a smooth print surface. Its unique white, black, white triple layer construction makes this product almost completely opaque, suitable for tension fabric systems where light needs to be blocked out.

Our Blockout Sublimation is not only prettier than the conventional blockout textiles with a white backside, but also more economical and it is available in more widths available.

It is suitable for printing with direct dye sub, sublimation transfer and UV curable inks, it is very stable on any printer, has a minimal shrinkage and fire resistant. Available up to 126” wide.

Characteristics:

1. Perfect printing quality, 100% block out.
2. 100% polyester knitted textile with ± 2% stretch in width and length.
3. Very optical white front and black back.
4. Environmentally friendly, 100% PVC free, REACH compliant, free of heavy metals, fire resistant B1 and M1.
5. Gently fold, pre-shrunk and therefore highly stable in width and length in fixation or transfer calendar.
6. Backside does not delaminate during sublimation.
